I have worked in the same place for a few years now. It would be difficult for me to say how I feel about my job. There are days when I like it, there are days when I think that my job is OK, but there are also days when I would much rather stay at home instead of working. I treat my job seriously. I am aware that I am good at what I do including helping my boss find Contractor Management resources. I also like it when my employer appreciates my efforts. One thing I like about my work are annual performance reviews. I can say that annual performance reviews at work are something I look forward to each year. They allow me to see how I am doing at a particular moment and they allow me to see how much my performance has improved.
As an employe, it might not be my responsibility to take care of various compliance requirements, but I suspect that my boss would appreciate it if I offered him some help with it. After all, I am good at what I do. If only my boss knew how much meeting various compliance requirements could help our company get new clients or keep the existing ones he would probably not hesitate to become interested in contractor management resources. I hope that have a chance to talk to my boss about it soon.
